Ro established her own marketing & PR consultancy whilst at university which worked predominantly with councils & the public sector, she went on to work for and gain blue chip experience with the Daily Mail & General Trust and Bowne Global in various management positions. Ro then took a career break to study law and trained with Cobbetts LLP before being admitted as a practicing lawyer. Ro now heads up LearnPlay Foundation and oversees its day to day running as well as developing new business opportunities. She also keeps an eye on the legal side of things as she is still a lawyer in practice.

Simon Gull
Delivery Administration Manager
Simon oversees the day to day running of the LearnPlay Foundation office and ensures that the all deliveries are scheduled, supported and delivered to the highest possible standard. Simon also heads up the development of tailored content and is responsible for developing the customised learning maps ‘in game’ across multiple platforms. Simon started his career as a LearnPlay facilitator and has been able to apply his valuable knowledge to ensure the back office best supports the deliveries in every way possible. Simon still delivers on LearnPlay programmes where possible and continues to be a very popular and committed LearnPlay Foundation facilitator.
